Dixie - Dutch Angel Dragon Ref

Yeah, I know... It's a base. But it's a really great base made by SceptiX and I'm a little busy with customs, payments, and other personal projects. This is the updated version of Dixie, the Dutch Angel Dragon I designed in the car on a whim. I like this one better, and it's the design I'm going to use in my comic.

Here's a little info! Not too much though, don't want to spoil the comic.

Dixie is a Dutch Angel Dragon, a timeless creature who is always stuck in limbo. Her powers include the manipulation of ice and snow, and some limited levitation. She can create a visibly frost-like and cold effect from her paws and breath, and manipulate it as though it weighed nothing. She can lift small or light objects such as cooking pans and kittens through levitation, but nothing more than a few pounds. She loves winter and Christmastime, and enjoys watching humans play in the snow and smelling scented candles. She also has a passion for dancing.

Fun facts:

She can make a perfect snowball and throw it accurately, making her one of the best members to have on your team for a snowball fight.
She would knock people over to get to a slice of cucumber.
She isn't naturally biped, she just tends to stand on her hind legs to imitate humans. She goes down on all fours for long walks, to run, or to fly.
She's around 5'2" when standing up.
